Refund Policy

Digital Products & Downloads

We put a great deal of care into our digital guides, plans, and resources.
As these are instantly accessible upon purchase, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience an issue downloading or accessing your file, please contact us at hello@soulandremedy.com and we’ll make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

Personalised Wellness Services & Plans

For our bespoke services such as personalised meal plans, wellness consultations, or blood test packages:

These are custom-created for you and are therefore non-refundable once work has begun.

If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of booking and work has not yet started, a full refund may be available.

Beyond that timeframe, refunds cannot be offered as practitioner time and preparation have already been allocated.

We want every experience with Soul + Remedy to feel supportive and transparent, so please reach out if you have any concerns before your booking begins.

Physical Products

We want you to love your Soul + Remedy wellness essentials.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

 

To qualify:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Returns must be made within 14 days of approval

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or sent in error

Workshops, Events & Consultations

We understand that plans can change.
You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, though we’ll do our best to offer an alternative date where possible.

How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

Your full name

Order number or service date

Reason for your request

Photos (if applicable)

Our team aims to respond within 2–3 working days.

Exceptions

Soul + Remedy reserves the right to decline a refund if:

The product or service does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined above, or

There is evidence of misuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity.
