Our psychotherapist works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, identity, or the emotional complexity of chronic health conditions.
Sessions are one-to-one and tailored entirely to you. There is no fixed number of sessions required — you engage at a pace and depth that feels right.
For clients working across Soul + Remedy disciplines, integrated notes and practitioner collaboration are available with your consent — ensuring your psychological and physiological care are genuinely joined up.
Confidentiality: All sessions are fully confidential and conducted in accordance with BACP ethical guidelines. Available in-person and via secure video call.
